APGF Governance: The Councillors
All Country Members have a LEAD COUNCILLOR and an ALTERNATE COUNCILLOR. This is the decision of the Country Members; however, our APGF Bylaws recommend that is logical to have an Alternate Representative as a backup. The APGF Council is the overall decision-making mechanism of our Federation. At General Member Meetings, the Council Members may defer their vote to their Designated Members who attend on behalf of the Council Members.
